Brief Explanation
Heineken is recruiting one talented intern to become part of its Event & Sponsorship department.
'The Candidate': the first secretly filmed job interview that gets applicants out of their comfort zone to test their wit in order to find the talent that best fits the Heineken position and spirit.
All job seekers went through three stages: from an over-familiar interviewer, to a surprise heart attack and a fire drill.
The Heineken marketing community voted the 3 best candidates and the winner - to his surprise - was brought to the Juventus Stadium where he was awarded the job live in front of 41.000 football fans.
