Synopsis:
StreetEasy®, New York City's leading real estate marketplace, debuted its fourth out-of-home advertising campaign this week, the latest evolution in a series titled “Find Your Place.” The year-long campaign will be featured in subway stations and train cars, and on sidewalk kiosks, buses and taxi tops throughout NYC.
The campaign depicts the home search through grid-based Venn diagrams that illustrate the thought process New Yorkers go through to find their ideal location. The diagrams showcase genuine aspects of life in NYC, from work and play to family and friends. Whether the search considers how far to live from Mom and Dad or where one is most likely to encounter co-workers on the weekend, NYC home shoppers will recognize themselves and their searches in each illustration.
Part of their evolving “Find Your Place” campaign, the new year-long installment showcases genuine aspects of life in NYC, from work and play to family and friends through grid-based Venn diagrams that expose the natural and often chaotic thought patterns we’ve all experienced in the home-hunting process. Office of Baby created an array of illustration-based executions, each juxtaposing clever, relatable copy with precise illustrations of everything from aerial map views of NYC street corners to condos, brownstones and walk-ups. Each illustration successfully reaches a widespread and diverse audience group, while also calling attention to the personalized nature of StreetEasy’s identity that distinguishes it from other sites of its kind.
