Synopsis:
The ground-breaking ‘Pure Imagination’ pushes the boundaries of VFX with the creation of an entirely CG, futuristic environment which unravels at pace, transporting the viewer into an entirely new world. Intricate shots, including digitized kaleidoscopic images and refracting prism elements were reconstituted as camera effects with UV displacement maps in Nuke. The data used to create each detail was in the form of millions of tiny light points scattered over various architectures and landscapes. In effect, everything was unique in this ad - right down to the 'data' of the wolf's hair.
