At the tender age of four, Shanntol Ince decided that she wanted to swim because, "Everyone else was swimming!" The challenge lay in the fact that Shanntol was born with one leg shorter than the other, but she was determined not to let that get in her way. Harnessing the energy within, Shanntol went on to become the first paralympic swimmer to medal for Trinidad and Tobago. We wish Shanntol all the best as she competes in Brazil this summer!
