Zorg van de Zaak, is a new product in employer provided health and safety insurance. That’s moves away from the traditional role of monitoring employees, refocusing on caring for them.
In the film we follow moments in different working environments, where co-workers regularly show how they care for each other. From the “Welcome Back” card for a sick colleague, to the Dutch traditional “Beschuit met Muisjes” to celebrate the birth of a child and the birthday flags that are common place. Now there's a new way for employers to care for their people and the people for the company.
