This ad sarcastically points out the social plight of neo-nazis. By making a parody of the permanently saluting raised-right arm, we see these people as handicapped: not being able to bring a phone to their ear, having their arms cut off in elevators... Their social integration must be made through programs helping them find productive uses for their extended right arm. The ad uses sarcasm and humor to show that Nazis do not belong in society.
