Homelessness in the UK has reached record levels.
Efforts to solve the problem are floundering. We needed to do something different. We noticed commuters walking straight past the homeless everyday and buying coffee. We thought, why not disrupt this journey and give the homeless the tools to sell great coffee. So we launched Change Please, a coffee brand staffed by the homeless to help the homeless in partnership with The Big Issue. After all, you can only buy one magazine a week but you can buy a lot of coffee.Change Please is already changing people’s lives, and this is just the beginning.
