Coca-Cola wanted to spread happiness to football fans through unexpected, real life experiences.
Implementation
It is part of Turkish culture to rent mini football fields and make friendly matches. So, we took legendary football player Sergen, 'the Maradona of Turkey' to such a match. He unexpectedly arrived in a Coca-Cola truck and made an offer. The amazed players all agreed to ride in the Coca-Cola truck to a surprise location. The truck had no windows and they couldn't see where they were going.We took them to one of the biggest stadiums in Istanbul and other legendary football players were also waiting there for the big surprise. Of course, we filmed the entire experience.
Relevancy
Because Coca-Cola wanted to deliver happiness to football fans. We prepared that surprise to amateurs, playing in cage football field and they all became very happy. The video of the activation went viral and shared by over 100.000 people.
