Background: Every fourth old man in Russia feels lonely. The risk to die earlier among them is more than 70%. There are 100 000 stray dogs in Moscow. They live about 2 years, while domestic animal - about 12 years. Problem: Lonely man needs to concern for someone and stray dogs need to be in care. Idea: Care prolongs the life. Our program is the 1 decision of 2 problems. It helps lonely old men to become owners of stray dogs trained by the program.
