Creative idea explanation: Romania’s forests are disappearing and we’re missing the volunteers to plant them back, because younger people are more interested in their future and getting the right job. So, we created Green Endorsement, the certificate that makes volunteering count when applying for a job. To get the certificate, young people would have to volunteer.We got 30 of the largest and most desirable employers in Romania to recognize the certificate. Then, we launched Green Endorsement on the biggest professional networks and job portals in the country to attract youngsters and new companies.
