10,530 unique users used the application. 3,217,693 photos and 2,479,998 posts were insured. 1,494 digital albums were shared and 1,299 digital albums were shared publicly.
Implementation
The creative solution regarding to the brief of Güneş Sigorta, to transform their traditional image into an innovator one, was to generate something brand new. Accordingly, a first in the world, The Facebook Insurance came into existence. Güneş Sigorta offers The Facebook Insurance as a free product to its customers and new customers. The desired outcome was more qualitative than quantitative. The Facebook Insurance took place in many TV channels such as CNN Turk and many magazines such as Marketing Turkey. Rather than these qualitative results, by the participation of 10,530 unique users the desired outcome is exceedingly fulfilled.
