OPSM wanted to target the gatekeeper of family eye health: Mums. So we developed a bedtime story that’s actually an eye test, allowing parents to detect whether their child has a vision issue. The Penny the Pirate storybook app enables parents to test their child’s vision at home, as they read to them, by incorporating eye tests into the story. Turning a scary trip to the optometrist into a fun and potentially life changing experience.
