More than 800 million people are currently suffering from malnutrition, and every minut 15 people die from hunger. In contrast, more than 200 000 food pictures are posted daily on Instagram. We highjack the most popular food hashtags, and introduce a new sharing option on Instagram, with a little help from Instagrams soon to be introduced payment service. When typing in a food hashtag, the WFPs “Share Your Food” option appears. By choosing the option, you donate 1$ to WFP.
