Describe the challenges and key objectives

Target audience were Slovenian good-taste and slow-food lovers who would like to bring their favourite restaurant to their home kitchen.



Describe the brief from the client

To present a well-known Slovenian restaurant and its favourite recipes to the public.



Describe how you arrived at the final design

We conceived a book jacket paper which imitates a tablecloth and two stains of food – a symbol of relaxation and home-made cooking. The entire book is showing the ingredients which make Cubo restaurant so famous. The recipes are divided by photos of the restaurant’s chefs.



Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

The book was printed in 1400 copies in Slovenian and 400 copies in English.
