Brief Explanation
In a world where restaurant brands are seldom more than a wordmark, we were asked by our clients at Devon Energy to build a robust and seamless brand experience from the ground up.

Outcome
The result is an identity system that unites the city’s rich history and vibrant future with a playful wink, bringing a spark of conviviality to the urban tavern concept and the modern day pioneer.

Implementation
Inspired by the utilitarian look and feel of classic survival guides, the identity system we created for Flint wanders off the beaten path and into new territory. Standard branding fare like “logos, signage, menus and copy points” have been reimagined and transformed into badges, field manuals, tips, tools, implements and a brand voice that resonates with cheeky gravitas.

Client Brief Or Objective
Oklahoma City has always been a place for adventurers. But even the most proficient pioneer gets weary. Access to proper provisions is essential. After all, there’s an art to survival in the field. The subtleties of which unfold at the restaurant Flint.
