A collector’s edition of DUNE from The Folio Society to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the publication of Frank Herbert’s tale of far-future desert warriors, fallible messiahs and interplanetary intrigue. It includes 12 colour illustrations (including 3 double-page spreads) by Sam Weber and endpaper maps by Martin Sanders. The slipcase reproduces the undulating landscape of Arrakis, while the binding, printed and blocked on metallic buckram, depicts Paul Atreides, his eyes blocked in the unforgettable ‘blue within blue’.
