Describe the brief from the client

Design an invitation and theme for The Partners Annual summer barbecue that could be sent to colleagues and peers in the design industry.

We had one chance to burn the objects, as you don't often come across a dead iMac.



Describe how you arrived at the final design

A series of design classics were barbecued with unexpected results. No item was too sacred to be spared*.





*All items that were barbecued were obsolete – either out of date or non-functioning. Any working parts were salvaged prior to being burnt.



Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

A limited number of posters were printed for the event with email invitations being sent out to colleagues and guests.
