Client Brief Or Objective
The assignment was to create a visual identity for the new recruitment agency, Tomma Consulting. An agency specializing in headhunting. The identity should assist Tomma Consulting in achieving the goal of being the preferred recruitment agency in Denmark.Tomma Consulting wanted an identity that would help them stand out in the business but also contribute to the experience of a safe, honest and experienced business partner; both for the hiring part and the potential employee.

Outcome
Tomma Consulting was based on a client group from an earlier recruitment agency. According to Tomma Consulting the transition to a new company and visual language has been very successful.• The number of candidates contacting Tomma Consulting has almost doubled after the new design was implemented.• Tomma Consulting has received positive reactions from a number of potential clients – and have acquired three new clients.• Candidates as well as clients have praised the printed matters.

Brief Explanation
The Danish recruitment business is characterized by companies with a predictable visual design. Most often just defined by a generic logo, choice of color and typography printed on poor paper. We wanted to define Tomma Consulting as a significant new alternative. The challenge was to find the balance between safe and distinct.

Implementation
We used the arrow as the key object, symbolizing the hunt for new talent. For the logo, multiple arrows was arranged in a sun-like shape rising over the company name.A visual metaphor for a new start for the potential employee. We also wanted a more dynamic presentation of the logo as seenon the folder, and an actual arrow was also added to the design. The choice of color is a corporate calm grey and a vivid turquoise to add contrast The paperline was printed on matt paper to give a natural, substantial feel and a sense of honesty.
