Campaign Description:
I focused on the ultra fast “moment” of table tennis to create striking compositions using only the essential items of table tennis.The intention was to convey the tension of the moment and stoic nature of the sport, in a dramatic way.
Outcome:
Awareness of the TV Broadcasting was raised and a new light was shed to the way table tennis is seen among the Japanese people.
Synopsis:
Increase viewership of the National TV Broadcasting of “WORLD TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS”.Elevate and change the perception of table tennis, which is often seen as a minor sport in Japan.
Strategy:
Awaiting the Olympic Games in 2020, enthusiasm for sports is on the rise in Japan.The mission was to increase viewership of the National TV Broadcasting of “WORLD TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS” and to elevate the popularity of table tennis as a sport, appealing to a wider audience.
