Outcome
The campaign became much more popular than expected. It virally spread not only in Russia but also all over the world, arousing discussions and inspiring people to look for other parallels in ads and art.

Brief Explanation
The objective was to generate awareness of Karmany and to attract more visitors to the exhibition.

Implementation
There is an old question of whether advertising can be art. High art is often thought of as far beyond the earthly, practical concerns of advertising. But people working in advertising want to believe they spend their lives creating something valuable. A series of posters for Karmany pushes the boundaries and standards many people associate with mere commercial promotions. Comparing masterpieces of outstanding artists and best international advertising works, we point out aesthetic similarities between these two realms of visual communication.

Karmany is an advertising exhibition held in Russia. There is no awards, people just may come and look at best pieces of ads from all over the world.
