To make people live the unique experience of flying GOL and KLM, we’ve launched the 1st game on Facebook’s Chatbot. For 3 days, users guided Diego, an artificial intelligence character, in his search for his great love across Europe. When he found new clues, he asked for help to decide what his next destination should be. An intricate system that controls Diego’s personalized answers according to user’s choices. The three people who scored the most points in the game won tickets to Europe.
