During the 2015 Rugby World Cup, Official Sponsors successfully spend millions promoting their brands to a global audience.
Jacamo had a little less to spend and weren't sponsors, that didn't stop them ambushing the tournament with the #Hakarena. In just five days it generated a combined 2.3m video views and was shown on the BBC, ITV, Fox and CNN. England and the All Blacks were quizzed about it at a live TV press conference. The press coverage reached 39,210,392 people and it trended No.1 in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. It was even debated in the New Zealand Parliament.
