Jet.com, is a new e-retailer in the United States. Their mission is to relentlessly find innovative ways to save money, and pass those savings on to their customers. They believe in being transparent with their customers about how other (larger) retailers overcharge them for every little thing, from superfluous delivery fees, to warehousing inefficiencies, to advertising costs.
Our target was young millennial families who are constantly trying to win the holidays. Every holiday season, Jet.com’s target audience tries to make the season feel special for their family and friends, but they struggle with exactly how much to spend. This uncertainty always results in overspending, especially for young millennial moms. To solve this age-old spending problem, Jet.com released
The Careculator, a social media tool that proved to our target audience just how much more you can get on Jet.com by spending less on the people you love.
