How did we turn the NYF judging platform into a creative "wanted board"?

Good creative talents are hard to find nowadays.

At LEAD, the highest growing advertising agency in Israel, we decided to take our search to the next level, and surprised the 2013 New York Festival judges with an unpredicted "wanted ad".

Along with our agency's other ads participating in the competition,

The judges were surprised to face a special campaign, specifically directed to them.

Dozens of the festival's judges, who had reviewed the ads one by one on their computer, encountered with a unique and focused wanted-ad, which invited them to contact LEAD, and apply for a position.

By using the NYF judging platform as a recruitment tool for creative talents, we've created a brand new media.
