We needed to let the public decide whether amateurs really could use the Lumix G Series camera to take photos that were as good as or better than those taken by a top professional photographer. So we posted the photos side by side, invited people to choose their favourites, then displayed the results in real time.It could have all gone horribly wrong. 84,000 votes later though, our faith was rewarded, and the amateurs came out on top.Along the way we involved 18,207 site visitors in an immersive online experience that lasted, on average, 3 min 36 seconds.
