At Jung von Matt we always aim to hire the best creatives. That is especially true for our Juniors. Our objective: Convince the most creative Juniors to start a career at Jung von Matt.
How can we separate those who will make it from those who will eventually not have the guts to produce radical ideas?

We sent out a very special Christmas present to our most-wanted candidates. Christmas balls in the shape of – real balls.
Explain why the creative execution was relevant to the product or service.
The Jingle Balls. A traditionally German Christmas Tree decoration, ballsily interpreted, and a funny reminder to reassess one's creative life and career.
There's no better time to think about what comes next, sitting at home with the family and eating stollen. We gave them the motto for the year to come: Hereby you are equipped with the balls to work at Jung von Matt/Fleet.

The result: plenty of job interviews, many fresh contacts and eventually: several new colleagues with dozens of awards under their belt.
