Execution
The concept of a global recruiting event was born out of frequent inquiries from French students about how they can find out about internships in JWT offices across the world. The concept of speed recruiting is similar to that of speed dating, placing an emphasis on first impressions and effective communications skills. Executives around the world are very difficult to contact. We wanted to give best students the amazing opportunity to talk directly with them.3 countries were looking for creative students, 2 countries were looking for account students.

Outcome
- 160 resume & portfolios received in one week- 50 students selected for an interview- 5 students got an internship offer - 6 students were shortlisted for further interviewsLarge media coverage! The whole network is now thinking to hold others High Five in the future with even greater participation among JWT’s worldwide agencies to help place talented students across the global network.

Implementation
Using JWT’s Worldmade creative philosophy, JWT Paris decided to showcase the breadth of the JWT's network by creating High Five, the world’s first global speed recruiting video operation. Through five minute video interviews with JWTers from five offices across five continents, High Five gave fifty students the opportunity to land one of five internships outside France. For JWT, it's also a great opportunity to detect french talents and send them to our best offices. A call for High Five applicants hosted on JWT Paris’s Facebook page requested students’ resumes and portfolios. If selected for an interview, students were invited to the JWT Paris office for a five minute video conference with one of the participating JWT offices.

Client Brief Or Objective
Each year, the Association for the Promotion of French Advertising (AACC) invites promising advertising students to visit agencies across France. Contributing to JWT’s history of firsts, JWT Paris wanted to do more than just open the doors to its agency. We wanted to put the emphasis on the JWT network (more than 200 offices in the world) and highlight our 'Worldmade' philosophy... So we opened the doors to our network!
