Pizza Hut inserted new options in its breakfast menú and the service needed to be more efficient.Customers always ask about the new options so we wanted to entice our morning customers,which are mostly working people, by making these new options more desirable, and thus shorten decision making time.
Outcome
This new ordering platform has changed the traditional restaurant serving model.It has changed customer behavior; they are willing to engage in this new application because it has an added value.more than 50 downloads daily.Now breakfast 20% over sale.By serving customers more “vividly”Pizza Hut is now able to serve more customers than ever before.
Execution
This new way to spoil our clients; Now they don’t have to read through an extensive menú or have someone answer their questionsEverything is already there.This leads to faster decisión making, orders sent to the kitchen faster, customers being served their meals faster.
Implementation
We introduced augmented reality by developing an APP called Pizza Play so customers can Play the Menu: see, listen and understand. The components of each plate like ingredients, suggestions, calories, etc. Instead of reading a traditional menú, or having a waiter answer questionsBecause everything is already there. This allows you to trully appreciate the different plates, and choose the one you want to order.
