Ambient Execution Description
Eskom is South Africa's national power supplier. Their 49m Initiative encourages all South Africans to save electricity whenever they can. To demonstrate this, we created a glow in the dark billboard. At night the billboard's lamps were turned off, using no electricity whatsoever.
