Challenge

Experienced security personnel is hard to find these days. Shield Security was looking for new colleagues, with a limited budget to spend.

Solution

The Jobcase: a briefcase containing a recruitment message written in steel letters. When passed through security scanners, the message became visible for the target audience. Shield Security personnel carried the Jobcase whenever they travelled.

Result

The Jobcase usually sparked a conversation with the security officer on duty. At that moment, more information was exchanged. Additionally, it got lots of attention from the Dutch security business press which also led to job applications. Within weeks, Shield Security had found their new colleagues.
