For every displayed bottle, a happy toast is there.Japanese bars have a unique culture called ‘bottle keeping’ where one is able to keep one’s unfinished bottle and drink cheaply when they come again. It acts as a promise between friends to reunite, representing a human tie between guests, friends and bars. In most bars, the bottles are kept in the most eye-catching place of the bar which is behind the bar counter where it is always visible.In addition, toasting is a very common Japanese custom always done before drinking, which signals the beginning of pleasure.
