Description (in 100 Words Or Fewer): The Royal Navy Needs Engineers. The Problem Is, Most Teens Dont Consider It As A Possible Career. Yet These Same Kids Can Already Hack Their Laptops, Fine Tune Their Ford Fiestas And Fix Up Their Fixie Bikes.
So We Targeted This Campaign At School-leavers, Proving They Already Have The Basic Skills Needed To Be An Engineer.
We Filled Huge Poster Sites With Depictions Of Navy Hardware To Show Teens The Kit They Could Be Working With, From Missiles To Nuclear Submarines.
The Work Was A Success, Prompting Three Times More Applicants Than The Royal Navy Engineers Have Ever Received Before.
