In 2016, BMW Group celebrated its 100-year anniversary. They rolled out a massive global campaign – called “THE NEXT 100 YEARS” – introducing BMW’s vision for the future of mobility. VOK DAMS was contracted to design and produce the kickoff event: the biggest live event in BMW’s history celebrating their rich history and introducing their future vision of individual mobility to
000 invited guests in Munich’s Olympia Hall (and 130,000 BMW employees through live stream). The show’s highlight was the unveiling of the VISION NEXT 100 prototype car, which was also the focus for the subsequent worldwide campaign consisting of multichannel advertising, business & customer events, festivals and the global roadshow of the VISION NEXT 100 car. Witnessed by more than 13 million people on social media & live stream and many more via press, TV and online, this memorable multifaceted event cemented BMW’s brand position as a visionary thought leader.
