MVO: On his way to Grasse, Grenouille becomes so disgusted by the scent of humanity, that he spends seven years in a cave on top of the Massif Central.
SFX: Spray
MVO: One day he wakes with a start from a nightmare of being suffocated by his own body odour, and realises with a shock that he has no personal scent at all.

MVO: Grenouille journeys to Montpelier where an amateur scientist, the Marquis de La Taillade-Espinasse, uses Grenouille to test his thesis of the so-called fluidium letale.

MVO: The Marquis combines a treatment of decontamination and revitalisation for Grenouille, and subsequently, Grenouille looks like a clean gentleman for the first time in his life.

MVO: En su recorrido para conocer a Grasse, Grenouille se había disgustado tanto con el aroma de la humanidad que se exilió siete años en una cueva en el tope de un monte.

MVO: Un día despertó alterado por una pesadilla en la cual soñaba que se sofocaba con su propio y nauseabundo sudor. Fue allí donde por primera vez se dio cuenta que carecía de olor corporal. Y que como humano no tenía esencia alguna.

MVO: En su viaje a Montpelier Grenouille conoce a un insipiente perfumero y científico: El marqués de La Taillade-Espinasse, quien usó al inoloro joven Grenouille para probar su tesis de la fluidium letale.

MVO: El marques en su tratamiento combina la descontaminación y la revitalización de Grenouille, posteriormente Grenouille parece un caballero límpio por primera vez en su inolora existencia.
