More and more small business owners rely on the Internet to sell their goods. For these owners shipping becomes a daily necessity. And often, what they ship is irregular and not easy to pack. To make the shipping process easier, FedEx launched a new custom-packing service (Pack Plus) in selected FedEx Office locations.
With this radio ad, FedEx reaches out to small business owners by offering a charming story of a man and the awkwardly shaped and emotionally needy robot that he must ship.
