FVO: McDonald's restaurant, Kim speaking.
MVO: I'd just like to make a reservation for this evening, please.

FVO: At McDonald's?
MVO: I just wanted to try your fancy new Grand Angus burger.
FVO: You don't have to book...

MVO: Now... do you guys have tables by the window?
FVO: Yes, you can see out on to the street, there.

MVO: Bye!

Brief Explanation

McDonald's wanted to launch new Angus Beef as a slightly more upmarket burger than the usual, without forgetting that we're talking about the Golden Arches. The best way to describe it? A Little Bit Fancy.

We imagined a customer who didn't quite grasp the tongue-in-cheek Aussie vernacular of 'A Little Bit Fancy'. We recorded their trip to Macca's and the reactions of real, live and unsuspecting McDonald's crew. Why take yourself seriously when you're talking about burgers?
