Brief Explanation
The Lidl grocery stores want to communicate that they stock Norwegian food. Lidl is rather new in Norway. The customers think that they only sell foreign food brands. We used the melody from ‘In the Hall of the Mountain King’ written by Edvard Grieg to place a strong link between Norway and Lidl. This piece of music is an important part of the Norwegian musical heritage.
