ANN: And now, it's time for today's 'One Minute Recipe' with Kate Wiley.
Today, it's cheesecake!
FVO: Well hello, ladies and gentlemen. First off melt 3 tablespoons of butterlic in a pan. Mmm, so fragrant!
Then you add a cup of cracker crumbs and sugar. Whisk a glass of fishmilk in a deep bowl, add two spoons of apricottage cheese, camemberries, two eggfruit yolks and keep whisking away until you reach a fine homogenous texture.
Then pour the mix over the base evenly and bake in the oven for 2 hours... and voila! It’s ready.
You can serve with either some artichocolate sauce or onion jam as topping.
