Brief Explanation

Some problems have existed since time immemorial. Like theft and accidents. Centuries later, why haven’t we developed an efficient, innovative way to deal with age-old problems? Insurance by Virgin Money is the new solution. The new way of doing insurance.

This commercial features a pirate whose ship has been stolen. A 'car guard' is very recognisable in South Africa. It’s the term for a person who guards your car from potential thieves and demands a tip in return.

The message: Theft is an age-old problem. Just because some problems are ancient, doesn’t mean your insurance has to be.
