To illustrate the expertise of Volkswagen Service, and their ability to get to the source of any problem, we dissected an ordinary phone conversation, using the background sounds to reveal what was really happening in a situation. As radio was the given medium, we ensured the voices and sound effects formed an integral part of the idea. None of the levels or sounds were adjusted at any point, further enhancing the concept.
