Synopsis:
We set out to reset the outlook that those who work longest are the most committed (and that those who take career pauses are off track) by championing women with diverse life experiences as candidates for rehiring and recognition. Creative centered around a core question: Why is what we learn in cubicles seen as more valuable than what we learn in life? Because when life experience is devalued, it can make a person feel invisible. Our campaign not only created awareness but also involved founding the first agency Returnship program, which currently operates in two countries and continues to grow.
