Since 1780, Altoids have been ‘the Original Curiously Strong Mint’. We looked to tell stories of its curious strength through tongue-in-cheek historical anecdotes, brought to life here in a series of animated etchings. These ‘Curiously Strong Facts’ came out at the same time we launched a new series of tin liners inside actual Altoids packaging under the same concept. The videos were viewed throughout all of Altoids’ social media channels and beyond, from youtube to Facebook to the Hall of Curiosity (hallofcuriosity.com), a blog full of handmade historical oddities from Altoids’ storied past.
