In short, Director Ryan Staake was asked to "co-direct" a video for Young Thug with Young Thug, but Ryan's co-director never showed up for the shoot. Staake was put in a tough spot where he had a video with no artist, and had to improvise to create something interesting. The final video ultimately elevates the story of its own downfall, creating a bizarre meta-video that is incredibly hard to categorize or describe.
