English Description

For the 50th anniversary of the contraceptive pill a series of five films presents ineffective, absurd methods of contraception used in previous decades. Movies are styled as educational materials from previous decades (1960-2010), showing a young couple using ineffective, tiring and silly methods of birth control, for which a safe alternative has always been a comfortable pill. The movies are available on a special anniversary website.

The 1980s method was Suffocation, as those were the times of the cold war and military tension. In Poland many people were prepared for the war and kept military equipment at home.
