Entry Summary:
In the U.S., "being real" is a phrase that suggests complete honesty and transparency when sharing your point of view. With food, the word "real" pushes off processed/artificial ingredients. Chipotle makes their food fresh on site every day. It’s never frozen, never processed and uses just 51 real ingredients you could buy at any grocery store.
Synopsis:
Comedic actress Jillian Bell comes upon a larger-than-life Chipotle Burrito. She enters inside to find a surprisingly large and sophisticated space where she is greeted by a piano player and a voice from above (Jeffrey Tambor). The voice of the Burrito acts as a sort of makeshift therapist who asks that Jillian share something “real” about herself. She confesses that she has a “thing” for musicians, while being completely dismissive and disinterested in the musician sitting in close proximity to her.
Script In English:
Open on a super wide exterior shot of an oversized burrito.Cut to Jillian Bell entering the burrito through a doorway with a “Real” sign lit up above it.Burrito: Hey, Jillian!Jillian: Hello.Burrito: You’re inside a Chipotle burrito where everything is real. So…we want you to be real. Alright?Jillian: Okay.Burrito: Be real…Jillian: Uh be real, uhm, well I kind of have a thing for musicians.Burrito: Hahaha, you hear that, Richard?Jillian: Who’s Richard? Is that…oh. I forgot you were even here (laughter). Uh no, not that you’re forgettable, but...and I wasn’t talking about…okay, so here’s what’s happening cause there’s confusion. I wasn’t talking about you. I was talking about uhm…like a real musician, you know? No offense. Jillian: But like you know, a drummer or something you know, with tight pants and some kind of a dark past…and a tour bus. You probably go on a bus, huh? To get to work? Yeah, like a regular person bus.Burrito: So… not Richard.Jillian: No, not Richard.AS REAL AS IT GETSLOGO: CHIPOTLEURL: CHIPOTLE.COM/REAL
