Darty highlights this new service through two spots created by ici Barbes and directed by the duo Nalle Sjoblad & Hugues De La Brosse. In a humor tone, the spots show how the Darty adviser becomes very close to his customers thanks the live video assistance. In each spot, the visual support creates an intimate relationship between the adviser and its customers, which can cause a funny situation.
