Synopsis:
Introduce insurance product which is wide with its insurable situations.
Show singing people who apologize for the damage they have made for other people.
When we do something wrong to others, we want to apologize, but in certain situations that is not enough. This is what we wanted to show with the video ad – sometimes "sorry" is not enough, so it is better to have a personal civil liability insurance for unexpected situations that happen in everyday life.
