The Market for luxury full-service hotel-condominiums in the United States of 2011 could not have been worse. Instead of an aspirational idea, the usual mention of a property purchase connected to investment had, by last year, become the butt of jokes. In this context, the proposition for property purchase was turned on its head, from, 'Buy now: it’s a good investment,' to, “Buy now, because life is too short'.
'This is Your Time', tells the story of a man whose life is defined and even imprisoned by time. He is never in the moment yet every moment that is significant in his life is defined by a measure of time. This element is characterized through the use of measures of time in all dialogue. Only when our hero reaches a moment of readiness in his life is he invited to consider the proposition that Four Seasons Private Residences offer: a life where time is something that one can finally be in control of – the ability to live in the now.
