Based on the fact that loans are activated through an sms sent to the customer's phone, the story unfolds when the customer leaves the Gulf Bank office when our hero (the bank's relationship officer) notices that the customer forgot his phone. The hero takes off on an unconventional journey of parkour and freestyle running, dodging fast cars, jumping over metallic scaffolding, running on top and below bridges, jumping levels that reach 7 meters, all of this is done effortlessly while keeping a smile on his face. The journey ends when the Hero reaches the customer's house just in time, to deliver the phone. The client is then joined by his wife when he receives the sms that the amount he requested was deposited into his account, keeping in mind that the loan request, the journey, and loan delivery all took place on the same day, a service that is only provided by Gulf Bank.
