Content and media agency Schiefer Chopshop recently produced a mockumentary-style webisode series for Blizzard Entertainment’s Hearthstone, a fun, fast-paced strategy card game from the World of Warcraft universe.
The series titled “Hearthstone: Mulligans” captures a real world vibe with its episode premier that plays to both Hearthstone veterans, and novices alike. In keeping with the fun that Hearthstone brings to the WOW universe, each episode features two or three of the more popular Hearthstone characters in uncharacteristically comedic form as they step out of a FlowrStompr’s imagination to help him conquer even the most mundane challenges in his work day. Typical workplace dilemmas including broken copy machines, a challenging boss, or the ugly side of social media in the office, are all given a fun twist in the episodes, designed to entertain, even beyond Blizzard’s enthusiastic fan base.
